• Subscription timestamps and status — pending, confirmed, unsubscribed.
• Server logs (IP, user agent) — security and abuse prevention, retained for a short window.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your email address.
• We do not require an account to read the magazine.
• We do not use dark patterns to block unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may unsubscribe anytime via the link in each email. For access or deletion requests, contact privacy@virticle.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Processors

Hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers may process data as subprocessors when enabled. Local development uses a log-based email stub and file-backed subscriber store.
